CRM Marketing Officer

Join a growing CRM Marketing team within a leading financial services company.

You will manage CRM campaigns, collaborate with international teams, and monitor KPIs to drive performance and optimize campaign results.

Responsibilities:

– Liaise with Marketing Project Managers in France;

– Collaborate with the Team Leader on operational activities;

– Supervise and develop the skills of the CRM Campaign Assistant team;

– Manage and ensure the quality of CRM campaigns;

– Monitor KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field;

– Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;

– Experience with CRM campaign platforms, preferably Salesforce;

– Knowledge of the full CRM campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation and performance analysis;

– Proficiency in email marketing, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and newsletters;

– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities;

– Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility to align with the team in France;

– Availability to work in a hybrid model, with approximately 8 days per month in the office and at least one on-site day per week.
