Position: Sales & Customer Care Representative
Location: Cais da Ribeira, Porto, Portugal
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with tourists and locals alike at our cruise counter.
- Assist customers by providing information and selling tickets.
- Promote our cruise experiences and provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every passenger starts their journey with a smile.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially French, are a plus).
- Strong communicator with an outgoing personality.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, but a great attitude is what matters most!
- Organized and responsible individual, prepared to be accountable for daily cash management.
- Skilled at and keen on team work.
- Friendly, helpful, and motivated to work with people from all over the world.
