The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Designer with video and motion design skills to help us create content for social media, product launches, and marketing. Basic experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / XD welcomed. Full-time role with a contract, working remotely. Ideally location should be Lisbon so we can meet from time to time but other locations will be considered (Porto, Coimbra)
What We’re Looking For:

Video editing and motion design experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with static design (Figma, Photoshop, XD, etc.)

A good eye for pacing, visuals, and storytelling

Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Based in Lisbon (preferred) other locations will also be considered

Interest in AI and emerging tech
Working Hours & AvailabilityThis is a fully remote role supporting a predominantly North American client base.Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm Portugal time (1:00pm to 9:00pm during periods of daylight savings differences), ensuring full overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.Please note that this role requires availability during Portuguese public holidays and bank holidays, as our delivery schedule follows US client calendars and business requirements.Applicants should be comfortable working a schedule that prioritises US Eastern Time business hours throughout the year.In return, we offer a fully remote working environment, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to work on AI, design and product initiatives for global brands.
