Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
– Resolve issues related to user accounts, deposits, and withdrawals.
– Provide guidance on app features and betting options.
– Monitor and escalate technical issues as needed.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
– Native-level Portuguese proficiency.
– Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
– Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
– Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts.
– Prior experience in customer service or online gaming is an advantage.
Compensation:
– Base Salary: €870 x 14 months
– Performance Bonus: €80 per 12 months
– Meal allowance: 7,23€ per workday (paid in meal card)
